
On Cue Theatre Academy offers quality tuition and specialised training in multiple Performing Arts Disciplines, as well at International Diploma Qualifications in Performing Arts. The Academy is owned and run by Justine Margach, a qualified, Professional Educator with an Honours Degree in Performing Arts.
Our Performance disciplines include: Dramatic Performance, Vocal Training, Musical Theatre, Instruments, Contemporary Dance and Physical Theatre Workshops. We believe that there is much time missed for honing in on the essential practical skills needed to succeed in the Creative Industries. Thus, we are constantly looking to expand our offering and dynamic team of coaches to offer our students the best platform to springboard their creative careers.

Justine's love for theatre began at the age of 5, when she was cast as a butterfly in her pre-school production. Growing up, Justine has always been passionate about the Performing Arts and made it her goal to succeed in all performance disciplines (from Ballet and Spanish dance, to Acting, Singing, Musical Theatre and international competition) throughout School and University. Receiving her Honours Degree in Performing arts, Justine won the Operatic and Dramatic Society Award in her final year for her Honours Musical Theatre Performance Showcase. Furthering her studies in Education, Justine graduated her PGCE (Cum Laude) and taught as a Professional Dramatic Arts Educator for 7 years. Since opening On Cue Theatre Academy in 2022, Justine has written plays, directed musicals, hosted multiple workshops and launched her innovative Pre-School based Arts Curriculum in 2025. Furthermore On Cue Theatre Academy is now a recognised Trinity College London Diploma Course provider and will be offering Tertiary Certification Courses in the Performing Arts, from 2026.

Domineque is our managing coach and has many years experience as a performer. She is a dynamic dancer and a dedicated actress who has much knowledge and passion to share with her students. Domineque is an excellent coach who takes the time to know her student's strengths and develop their weaknesses. Domineque believes that the feeling of live performance is one that goes unmatched, that there is a beautiful magic about Performing Arts where performers are able to transcend reality and become something or someone new. By embodying these stories and performing for an audience, this gift of transcendence is shared with others.

Montana's love for the Performing Arts began as a young actress, dancer and singer. She is no stranger to the stage and excels in multiple Performance Disciplines. She believes that Performing Arts is powerful in giving her students the tools for self-expression and creativity. Watching young minds light up as they discover the magic of theatre is extremely rewarding and thus, Montana is passionate about teaching as it allows her to create an environment where young children foster their imagination, build confidence and develop important social and communication skills.

Carina has loved being on stage since she was young, performing in school productions, participating in eisteddfods, and excelling in high school debate and public speaking. Now studying a Bachelor of Foundation Phase Education, she continues to expand her expertise in play-based, inclusive pedagogies. Carina is passionate about using drama to support children’s growth, helping them build confidence, creativity, communication skills, empathy, and teamwork. Through imaginative play and performance, Carina hopes to build a strong sense of self within her students, guide children in expressing their emotions, improving their problem-solving abilities, and providing a space for them to build the confidence to navigate social situations, all while having fun and exploring the world of drama.

Luc is an accomplished performing artist and coach whose love for the stage was ignited at a very young age. In his early school years, he eagerly took on roles in school productions and showcased his talents at eisteddfods and private drama academies, building a strong foundation in performance. His commitment to the Arts deepened in high school with the choice of a culturally focused school. It was here that his artistic interests diversified beyond acting into vocal performance, where he excelled in both choir and solo singing. Following his passion, Luc pursued a formal tertiary education in the Dramatic Arts field, cementing his knowledge and skills. Luc has channelled his experience and enthusiasm into teaching, empowering young scholars to unlock their potential and find their unique voice through the world of Performing Arts.

Hannah is a dynamic communicator and coach. Her vibrant energy in the classroom is what draws her students to her. Hannah's creative ability to plan fun, and engaging lessons is remarkable as she always has her students at the centre of her focus. Along with her spectacular classroom management, Hannah is the amazing studio manager of On Cue Theatre Academy. Hannah is an excellent public speaker and creative poet, she loves music, and lights up every room she enters.

Alex is a Creative at heart who fulfils his passion for the Arts through Photography and Filmography. Apart from his own photography, Alex runs our technical division and helps our team reach their on-stage vision through lighting design and sound. In addition to Technical Performance, Alex runs our High School Podcast program - Project Podcast. Here he facilitates the entire process from idea inception, to filming and finally editing and producing.
